The Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) has reported that there have been a number of Facebook pages claiming to be linked and connected to the government of Canada, with the promise of successful immigration to Canada. The IRCC said that most of these sites are mainly in Arabic and they “illegally use official trademarks and images of the Government of Canada to appear as if they are associated with Canada when they are not”.
